Prodigal

In 2010 Josh designed and arranged the first of what would soon become known as “Story Shows” for Burbank High School’s In Sync. Steampunk (aka Leonardo) took home 4 Grand Championships that year, but more importantly, opened the door for a new wave of show design that utilizes pacing and song selection to take viewers on a journey with emotional through-lines.

In the years since he has designed and arranged custom shows for some of the top groups in the country, including Los Alamitos’ Sound FX and SoundTrax, the Oak Mountain Singers, and Mt. Zion’s Swingsations. Having never missed Finals, his original sets have currently garnered:

159 – GRAND CHAMPIONSHIPS
94 – 1st Runner Ups, and…
25 – 2nd Runner Ups
